Store labelled source-material, fixture, preparation, specimen, leakage, drying,
and final-condition photographs for the hydrogel electrolyte-carrier screen in
this directory.

Use filenames beginning with the specimen or material code and an ISO-style
date, for example:

`ALG-2-R1_2026-08-20_post-compression.jpg`

Do not overwrite original photographs. Derived crops or annotations receive a
new filename and retain the original beside them.
