# HYDROGEL-CARRIER-001 — execution prerequisites

**Status:** Approved plan; prerequisites not confirmed as owned, assembled, or qualified

This checklist prevents the approved hydrogel screen from appearing executable
solely because chemical materials are available. It does not change the
formulation, test sequence, or acceptance gates in
`NanoArc_Hydrogel_Electrolyte_Carrier_Screen_Rev0.md`.

## Required before any coupon is prepared

The existing LC1020E, scale, glassware, hotplate, and temperature probe do not
by themselves satisfy these fixture prerequisites. Printed parts may serve only
as cold, noncritical templates or guards as bounded by the approved plan.

## Evidence required before execution status changes

Record photographs, dimensions, material/part identity, fixture stop settings,
electrode cleaning method, and the test-mass source in the hydrogel evidence
directory. A prerequisite becomes **Ready** only after it is physically present
and its stated condition is documented. Until then the programme remains
**materials not procured or tested**.
